Window Manufacturers & Window and Door Suppliers | Emplas
Position
We are looking for an Order Processor to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.
You will be:
- Order Management: Estimate and process commercial quotes and orders with accuracy.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed specification documents from customer information and architectural drawings.
- Software Operation: Use industry-specific software (e.g., Window Designer) to verify processing accuracy.
- Scheduling: Maintain master schedules and track project metrics for real-time visibility.
- Procurement: Conduct material take-offs, produce MRP and bespoke orders, and liaise with purchasing.
- Quality Control: Check work for accuracy and stay updated on building regulations.
- Client Liaison: Send order confirmations, technical drawings, and provide technical support.
- Performance: Achieve KPIs and personal targets set by management.
Requirements
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the window processing field.
- Proficiency with Window Designer or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations within the window industry.
- Ability to prepare quotations and manufacturing specification sheets from ITT documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Other information
Working hours - Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) 08:30am until 17:00pm
Salary - £24,784.50
